You can also do this first thing in the morning when you get up. You can also do it in the office when you are too stressed. It will relax your muscles and relieves stress. Now, let me tell you the steps to be done.Stress can trigger tension headaches

  1. Sit straight on the chair if you are in the office or sit on the floor with your back straight don’t bend.
  2. Close your eyes and put your hands over your eyes in the way that your thumb should be on your ears and fingers on your eyes.
  3. Press your ears with the thumb not very hard but just this much that you don’t hear any sounds.
  4. Now, take a deep breath (your fingers should be on your eyes and thumb pressed on ears) and release slowly.

When you release your body should not be stiff just relax your body and mind when you exhale.Do it 4 to 5 times.Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.

When you do this exercise, don’t think about anything like work or something. Just do it with relax mind, and when you open your eyes after doing it for 4 to 5 times, you will feel so relaxed.
